As careers progress relationships deepen.

Deadlines and deliverables still matter, but so do how you treat people and how you steward their knowledge.

Investing in others, listening, acknowledging, and protecting their time creates lasting value. The technical wins are meaningful, but the lasting legacy is the team you helped shape and the respectful culture you leave behind.
